This was the first character design I made with the intent of recording the various stages I go through from start to finish.
I’ve often read online, or head from word-of-mouth “how do you go about creating something like <this>?”
The answer is simple: step by step, piece by piece. Art is a craft just like any other: it requires patience, effort, determination…all the bad things you don’t wish to hear.
