A friend came to me saying he needed something that would go with his new idea. He was working as a copy content creator, so he was — and is — writing a lot.
His tagline was “Move mountains” (as in ‘words can move mountains’) and he asked me if I could find a way to take text and a mountain to combine the two somehow.
It was a tall order, and not just because mountains are tall. Very early on I had some ideas I wanted to try, only to find that, once finished, it wasn’t quite what I had hoped it would look like.
I wanted to take the tagline “Move mountains” and form that text into the shape of a mountain. I managed to do it…somewhat, but I didn’t like the end result.
After that I tried four other ideas, just so said friend at least had something to choose from, and perhaps it’d give him inspiration of some sort to give some feedback.
Turns out I already stuck gold with design #3. He was very happy with that idea and that was, as they say, that. Take a look.
