My talents are being recognized. The same friend approached me, telling me they needed another infographic and the in-house designer was still impaired. Could I help out once more?
Of course I could. I really enjoyed the challenge of trying to work with what was essentially a small amount of freedom to create something educational.
This time I was given something that their in-house designer had previously made, because I needed to adhere (more) to the housestyle of the company. If I could mimic the designer’s style of working, it should be okay.
It is amusing that, to me, the most difficult part of the whole design was how to phrase the info. The design itself was fairly straightforward, as it wasn’t as crowded as my past work. The design style is fairly minimal (less is more, after all) being mostly line-art, almost. The tricky part was how to accentuate the extra-important things in a good way.
It took a few tries to get it just right, but it was worth it. See the gallery below (warning: text in Dutch!)
‘Til next time.
