This was the final request to make an infographic, as by the time the next one was needed the in-house designer would be back in the running again.

I understood, but it was a damn shame. I enjoyed these little tasks. They were so very different from what I was used to doing. I wanted to go out with a bang. I wanted to make something nice.

This particular piece had to show how streamlined working with Springest would make your life as opposed to sticking to the old, sloggish ways.

The very first design was indead very to the point, but wasn’t doing it.
“It needs more visuality to it…somehow,” I was told.
That’s when it hit me: horse and carriage (old) vs. a sports car (new). Seeing these two side-by-side immediately creates a old-new feeling, and it’s immediately apparent. From there, it was a matter of figuring out how to place things, how to word things, and as an added extra (per request) I made the ‘old situation’ grayscale and the ‘Springest situation’ in colour. This way there was certainty that the eye-catcher was on Springest’s details.

Check a look below.

’til next time.
